I am a servant of the most High God, and follower of my Lord Jesus Christ.
Dear Pastor Geoff
This is my last day in Oklahoma as a resident of the state.
Tomorrow, I turn in the keys to this apartment and move myself and my cats to our new apartment in Iowa. I am both nervous and excited.
God Knows these things.
1. I need a job, ( Phil 4:19, Mal 3:10, and Matt 6:25-34) the heading in the NIV bible for the Matthew reading says, ( it is the cure for anxiety )
2. I need and want to find the right church family and fellowship with and to get involved in serving like I did at our church. ( Heb 10:25)
3. I need to and want to make good friends and have long-lasting friendships ( Prov 18:24)
I am sure other things will happen to me in Iowa that I do not know of yet, and yes the main reason I go is to be closer to my family I go pressing on with Jesus ( Phil 3:10-14 )
I will be off the grid next week no internet until 4/11/25.
God Bless you
Sherril Miller
Philippians 3:10-14
New International Version
10 I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, 11 and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead.
12 Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
